means of Computer Aided Design

lettering on the permanent outside

plant records.

plant records, also determined loop makeup from available outside plant

records.

Operated the mechanized plant line records system to enter data and

outside plant records.

Document Scanning- I assisted in the conversion of several manual wire

centers to mechanized wire centers, by

means of document scanning.

Directory Assistance Operator

I handled incoming calls from customers requesting commercial, residential,

and governmental telephone numbers, addresses, and zip codes in a timely

and professional manner. This call center environment was staffed

by eighty to ninety employees. I communicated with customers on a daily

basis providing information for an eight hour work tour.

I worked in the Sales Audit Department; audited customers charge and cash

contracts, by means of computer terminals, also performed paper batch

balancing of all contracts for accuracy. Also reviewed, customers cancelled

contracts.
