administrative functions including accounts payable, billing, multi-state
payroll for union and non-union employees, certified payroll reporting,
monthly and year-end financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, all
reconciliations and account analyses, cash management, business and
employee insurance, human resources, and tax planning with outside
accountants.

Schertz Financial Services provides accounting and bookkeeping services,
personal and business tax preparation, information technology services,
small business counseling, and financial planning assistance.

One Source Printing & Graphics is a printing company. Was involved in the
upgrade of the Company's accounting system, MAS 90, adding estimating,
inventory and cost accounting modules.

Nelson Communications was a professional advertising and marketing company
specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Was responsible
for the supervision of the Finance Department which handled all financial
and administrative matters for seven multi-state operating companies
including general and cost accounting, client profitability, billing,
budgeting, financial statement preparation and analysis. Integrated
acquired companies into the company's accounting and finance system.
Supervised a staff of seven. Was also responsible for the conversion of an
existing accounting and financial system to PeopleSoft for fifty operating
