Attention to detail, organization, teamwork and administration: Worked with a team consisting of 10 Divisional/Project Mangers on relocations, renovations, alterations and carpet replacement projects across the United States. Used Project Management Systems in combination with purchasing software to source, spec, purchase and install said projects. Created and maintained Project Status Reports for Design and Construction Department allowing accuracy and shared information throughout various divisions and departments within firm.

For WMB- Coordinated with branch clients and sign Conversion Company in conjunction with proper project reporting and vendor coordination to get all branches fully operational under new design.

For DSB- Serve as complete administrative support for PM’s for new and existing construction projects and relocations for bank owned/leased space. Generated and maintained project invoicing and reporting allowing better tracking of all working projects.

ABOUT ME

I am a very talented and organized person who has worked with some very large corporations. I give everything 110% and take my career choices personally.

In 2009, I made a very conscious decision to make a change in my life via the use of proper diet and exercise. Since then, I have lost 40lbs and have thrown myself into the world of fitness. As a result of my love for exercise and nutrition, I have decided to begin my Personal Training Certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I hope to complete this training in May 2013. Fitness is not just a past time to me. It is fun and exciting and I love teaching and showing people of all ages that if you like doing something and have fun at it, you will succeed.

My proficiencies include but are not limited to all MS applications,, EMS software, REMS purchasing system, Bing, Google and most internet researching engines and social networking tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work with all levels of management, vendors, clients of all sorts.

Since relocating to Florida from NY in 2007, I continued working with Citigroup until 2008. From 2009, I have been proudly volunteering most of my time and services at James Hunt Elementary School in Coral Springs. Doing so continues to instill the dedication and commitment in me to do something worthwhile. Whether it’s filing, organizational work or assisting teachers in the classroom, it demonstrates my ability to stay focused and gets the job done successfully, regardless of the task.
