EXPERIENCE:

2006–Present Interfor Pacific Port Angeles, WA/Beaver-

Forks, Wa

Position: Maintenance Planner

Duties: Currently Responsible for the planning and scheduling for 3 Lead

Millwrights and 2 Lead Electricians for 2 sawmills, and 2 planers. Designed and

in house CMMS using Access to include Auto Generated Lube Routes,

Preventive Maintenance routines, Work order management, Integrated parts

management system, and Scheduling using RIME index to aid the Lead

Millwrights. The system is now being used in all 4 of the US plants and 5 of the

Canadian Plants.

2005 – 2006 Superior Lumber Company

Glendale, OR

Position: Lead Millwright

Duties: Responsible for leading 4 swing shift and graveyard millwrights to

accomplish preventive maintenance duties and keep the mill running with the

maximum amount of uptime.

2002–2005 Hampton Lumber Mills

Darrington, WA

Position: Maintenance Planner

Duties: Responsible for all maintenance related items in the sawmill, planer,

Machine Shop, and anywhere else needed on the plant site. Implementation plant

wide PM checklists, using an Excel database, and an Excel based Work Order

management database, and worked with the production team to re-organized the

downtime tracking system. The above mentioned programs were used to create

weekly reports for the management team to assess the needs of the mill to

improve quality and production capabilities. Used AutoCAD 2000 to provide

drawings for mill upgrades. Worked with the purchasing team to implement a

computer based purchasing program – Palmas.

2001–2002 Swanson Superior Forest Products Junction

City, OR

Position: CMMS Technician

Duties: Responsible for implementation of 60 visual PM checklists, 12 weekly

PM Checklists, 6 Monthly PM checklists, an Excel based inventory database, and

an Excel based Work Order management database, and worked with the

production team to re-organized the downtime tracking system. The above

mentioned programs were used to create weekly reports for the management team

to asses the needs of the mill to improve quality and production capabilities. Also

used AutoCAD 2000 to provide drawings for mill upgrades.

2001 Louisiana-Pacific Corporation Deer

Lodge, MT

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Duties: Responsible for organizing and leading of the mechanical responsibilities

of 27 personnel, both mechanical and electrical, over three departments including

the Sawmill, Planer, and the Finger Joint operations. The first objective upon

joining the maintenance team was to implement the preventative maintenance

program. Next we implemented daily, weekly, monthly, and annual lubrication

routes using the computer-based program Lube It. Finally we implemented

Preventative Maintenance checklists for each piece of machinery based on

weekly, monthly, BI- Annually, and Annually rotations. Utilizing the CMMS

program DataStream MP2 to track and organize the information.
