Professional Experience

As Contract Specialist, performed various contract administration functions for the 60th Air

Mobility Wing, 60th Contracting Squadron, Construction Flight. Administrated contracts for

construction related to pavement services and building renovations. Monitored contractor

performance, fill rates and expenditures including preparing and updating reports, processing of

claims, preparing modifications for a variety of contractual reasons (change orders,

deobligations, supplemental agreements). Interpreted contract performance work statements,

contract performance standards and contract clauses for compliance. Met with contractor and

principle customers bi weekly for problem resolution on contractual issues (performance,

terminations for default or convenience). Attended quarterly performance meetings with

Contractor, COR, and Specialist. Closed out contracts (which includes collection of task orders

issued by other regional contracting offices and collecting COR files).

Alternate Program Coordinator for Government Purchase Card (GPC) program. Reconciled

credit card charges with purchase documents, generated reports which specify current and

outstanding invoices, reconciled statistics utilizing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Prepared bank

setup/maintenance forms and established new cardholder accounts electronically. Monitored

and analyzed over 312 approving official accounts and 621 cardholder accounts. Conducted

annual surveillance by auditing credit/charge card transactions. Conducted monthly and

quarterly briefings to Wing leadership. Trained new members on GPC program.
