Finance:
Sales backlog control and the BBB (Booking, Billings, and Backlog).

Balance Sheet.
US Tax reporting used to calculate domestic warranty shipments of interstate

Information Technology (IT):
Creator of the Business Objects environment 6.5.1 acting as CBOM for six years.
Owner of all Universes within Business Objects and the only FBOM for SGI.
Created UAT environments for end to end user testing as needed including the
very successful Rackable to SGI conversion instance and the Support universes
during the resent backend update.

Top 5 Defective Returns Report is a rolling view of the top defective parts
returned so the Engineer can work the issues with these as a priority.
Managed DOA (Dead on Arrival) parts shipped as a percentage of total shipments
globally.
No Trouble Found (NTF) repair vendor. The use of this data helped to reduce the
number of NTFs from 52% to 15% globally.
Inventory & Planning:
Created Cycle Count Reports that enabled SGI to discontinue its yearly physical
inventory.
Inventory in transit report that allowed management to align the aging inventory
with the company goals.
On hand (for insurance) monitors the liability for each stocking location
globally.
Queue Management monitors the age of requests in every manager's team.
Excess & Obsolescence calculations that allow the company to make timely
decisions regarding scrapping or redeployment.
Monthly Repair Forecast enables planning to determine what and how much needs to
go to the repair vendor to fulfill predicted customer volume.
Volume Fill Rates, Stocking Locations Fill Rates, and On Time Delivery reports
used for dashboard metrics.
Manufacturing Performance to Forecast gives high level and detail data for
critical decisions.
Created Supply Chain reporting from purchasing part to receipt from the repair
vendor and back in inventory for use again. This data shows aging at each point
in the process to quickly pinpoint potential problems.
Inventory turns are used by Finance and Planning for many calculations split by
headquarters, field, and product.
Service Logistics:
Backlog reports that show the customer requests pending shipment and
availability in other stocking locations or at repair vendors.
Global Outstanding Defective Returns used to monitor the field returns and aging
alerts.

Redesigned / architected the data warehouse from a five server environment to a
two server environment creating a much smaller IT footprint and faster
infrastructure utilizing new supported servers.
