I direct the daily operations of the Surgical Technology Department

overseeing on average a staff of nine instructors and sixty six students. I

ensure students' needs are being met, all the while, ensuring the program

is in full compliance with the various regulatory agencies by revising,

monitoring, and enforcing company policy. I ensure the curriculum is

updated and presented to the student body in a manner consistent with the

requirements set forth by the United States Department of Education, the

California Department of Education, and the Surgical Technology Association

the surgery, maintaining a sterile surgical field. After surgery, I

assisted with the transportation of the surgical patient to the recovery

area and conduct a speedy turnover of the surgical suite in preparation for
