Technology Consulting and Design Services Company formed to serve the dynamic and sophisticated needs of

the video, data and voice communications industry.

• Started Security Integration practice. Achieved $1M is sales in first year.

• Working with Universities, large Arenas, Public Safety and Law Enforcement Agencies nationwide to

utilize the power of wireless broadband to allow real-time access to databases, surveillance cameras and

other advanced megapixel technologies that enable them to be more efficient while in the field.

• Established strategic vendor relations and certifications for reselling Genetec, OnSSI, Aimetis, Sony,

Arecont and Pelco.

• Worked with clients to establish digital IP based camera and alarm integration with Motorola Turbo

two-way radio systems.

problems. Resulted in being featured in prominent Motorola video case study.

• Joined the company when it had three employees. Bought out the original owner and streamlined the

company complex procedures. Introduced standards and methodologies to increase project quality.

Promoted the image of the small reseller to compete in larger projects. At the height the company, had

22 employees working on eight different projects at one time.

• Established Reselling of mobile satellite technology. Specialized in application integration of the new

wireless space utilizing new technologies. Provided customers with seamless wireless solutions to

increase productivity, reduce costs and maximize network set up.

• Channel MR -Responsible for building reseller channel and direct Sales for US and North America First

contact, developing and managing strategic relationships, full Technical Support, Product Knowledge,

Marketing Efforts and Trade show planning, Direct reseller contact for EXILIS Thin client –(TOA

Electronics) is Singapore based company that manufactures Thin Client Hardware based on Citrix

Whittman-Hart / March 1st - Executive Partner- National Director July 1989 – December 1999

IT based Business Consulting and IT integration service firm that saw rapid growth of 35 employees to over 8900 in 22 cities.

National Director of Network Solutions

• Executive Partner responsible for $70M annual revenues across 22 cities.

• Joined the company at an early stage start up of 28 employees and focused on building a cutting edge

network practice for 10 years. I contributed to the Whitman Hart consulting company’s success story.

• Participated in hire/fire decision and established core competency of what made group grow from 4 to

over 750 persons.

• Established practice area growth models for new specialty groups that followed. As the group manager

participated as technical consultant in key client software installation and network projects, attended

sales calls and wrote proposal.

• Created core competency in Novel PC Networking, Microsoft LAN, Cisco switching and introduced the

skills to the other practice areas. In 1997, became the Director for the Network Enabled Solutions

Group providing Network connectivity solutions and taking on responsibility for additional practice

areas - Electronic Commerce and Collaborative Technologies Lotus Notes.

• Represented 20% of Whittman-Hart’s total revenues of $90M. as National Director for Network

Enabled Solutions, directing the 23 Branch locations for the NES business unit. The division achieved

annual revenues of $70 million per year across 23 branch locations with over 750 employees.

• Branch startup liaison/turnaround consultant - Leveraged my skills and experience in assisting with

branch startups and acquisition transitions. Took over the Grand Rapids branch on an interim basis, and

in the course of 6 weeks revenues were increased from $2000 dollars per week to $34,000 per week..

Branch continued to $200K per week and became amongst the most profitable in the company.
