• Developed key parameters and take participate modeling for a simulation software called

carbonitriding tool, which can used in industry to accurately control and optimize

carbonitriding processing;

• Developed fundamental understanding of thermodynamics and kinetics of materials.

• Designed and organized experiments procedure to meet the requirement for modeling

development.

• Improved Lab skills by independently completed the testing processing for 190 samples;

• Improved the understanding of metallurgy with a focus on root causes and improvement

method on project.

Bachelor Project: Designed the Producing Line of Thermosetting Phenolic Resins

• Designed both the production line for thermosetting phenolic resins and the plant lay-out

scheme. Used Auto CAD to draw the plant.

• Gained experience in processing and in industry’s consideration of production design by

searching and learning the information about the choice of raw material and facilities.
