well-known US-based Student Loan provider (SOA Test Strategy/Planning).

Directly/indirectly assisted at least ten Customers. Worked closely with

subject matter experts and other testers.

. Designed and developed detailed, well thought out, process/test

plan/strategies that took an end-end view of web solution testing to

improve quality assurance strategy. These were based on requirements and

high level designs. In addition, provided test planning support on

responses to various RFPs (Request for Proposals).

. Used Microsoft Project and Excel to provide schedule and test sizing

information. Accessed requirements using Rational Requisite Pro.

. Designed, wrote, upgraded, executed and reported status on functional

test cases, with data, that used web services and SQL to interact with an

Oracle Database on Linux, resulting in improved quality and significant

reduction of execution backlog. This engagement was for the Dubai

Municipality; it followed up on a survey trip that improved quality.

. Leader in developing IBM's SOA testing practice. Created template test

plans and strategies, in addition to modifying IBM's internal SOA

development method to include SOA testing. These were used to support

other IBM customers.
