Education Operations Specialist/Financial Analyst
Responsible for accurate data reporting of the Worldwide Consulting and
Education Services day-to-day data management, certifications, financial
reporting and KPI metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Via
the SAP program, gather, analyze and report worldwide regional revenue
against quotas and forecasts for Instructor Lead training (ILT),
eLearning, test delivery and other fees associated with a training
partnership with company.
Initially contract to Citrix Systems, Inc. was through an agency. I was
hired as a permanent employee in July, 1999. Responsibilities included
worldwide recruitment and administration duties for new training partners
of Citrix Systems. Maintained up-to-date information and current
databases for all authorized training partners. Ensured the Citrix
training website was current.

travel expenses for all employees. Handled two office moves
