Managed and operated residential and commercial construction projects as

President of company and also team leader. Responsibilities included

supervision of employees, job and employee scheduling, and overall

management through all phases of a construction project. Maintaining

quality standards and customer satisfaction was a high priority as well as

team motivation and timely completion of work. Duties included compliance

to building codes and industry standards, including scheduling of necessary

inspections and meeting with building inspectors. Completed numerous

residential homes including custom home plans: was responsible for all

aspects of a high quality job including all carpentry, framing, roofing,

siding, windows, trim, interior and exterior finishes and flooring. All

work gained through referrals; consistently gained high customer ratings.

Responsible for quality control and maintenance of heavy equipment in

included work in engine dyno room, testing high profile engines for

the NHRA nationally, to assist with the overall performance of the race

car, install engines, inspect parts, and to service and maintain all parts

and safety mechanisms. Also assisted with maintenance of the race car

hauler, an 18 wheel semi trailer, and offered overall assistance with the

organization and maintenance of the race shop.
