President of Pabco, and be involved with each project on a day to day basis, processing
owner contracts, approving subcontracts, developing cost reports, change orders, purchase
orders, and coordination of the all phases of the project for various trades including exterior
wall systems, Rainscreen systems and well as all phases of interior finish work. I was

As an account executive, I was directly involved with the contractor/client relationships, securing and
maintaining accounts such as MontBlanc, Salvatore Ferragamo, LA Sports Clubs, Lockes
Diamonds, Longchamp and Helio. My responsibilities included the coordination of the project
team (project managers, project superintendents and support staff) from the estimating
stage, thru the completion of the project, as well as the warranty period. I would report
directly to the director of construction, and be involved with each project on a day to day
process, processing owner contracts, approving subcontracts, developing cost reports,
pursuing new clients and the interviewing and hiring of additional staff.

KHS&S Contractors Inc. - Tampa, FL
March 2001- February 2005
Once completing my first large scale project for KHS&S, I was promoted Division Manager of the Special
Projects Division, responsible for all large scale out of town projects .My responsibilities
included the hiring and training of all onsite Project Managers, Superintendents and all other
personnel. All of which would report directly to me, and I in turn would report directly to the
President of KHS&S. My responsibilities also included the final approval of all purchase
orders, change orders, subcontract negotiation, and job cost administration of 3 to 4 large
scale projects at a time as well as the bidding and the tracking of future wor k. Proving my
capabilities to manage large scale projects in remote areas I was hired by KHS&S to
manage one of their largest projects, The Memphis Cook Performing Arts & Convention Ctr. I
was responsible for setting up a satellite office as well as offsite support systems, creating
relationships with local vendors and subcontractors, as well as administering purchase
orders, subcontracts, change order negotiation, job cost and final close out.

Once Established with Circle Industries I was assigned to Paradise Island, Nassau Bahamas, to Create
and manage an International division. In which I was solely responsible for all day to day operations of
this satellite office, which included the coordination of all immigration, customs and governmental issues;
the allocation of manpower, local as well as ex-pats. Also to coordinate the ordering and shipping of all
tools and materials, estimating and bidding on new work, award of sub-contracts, submit change order
proposals, price up field work orders, submit billing as well as track costs and profitability. Projects include
The Atlantis Convention Center, The Atlantis Lagoon Wing Renovation, The Pine Barren Distribution
Facility, The Ocean Club Paradise Island Guest House Addition, The Ocean Club Pool and Out building
Facilities, The Ocean Club Dunes Bar & Grill, The Atlantis Crystal Court including several Restaurants &
Retail Spaces, and various project throughout the Atlantis Paradise Island facility on a T & M Basis.
Once The Circle Group is awarded a project; it is my responsibility to coordinate the labor
allocation with my field superintendent, order the appropriate materials for each project, award
sub-contracts, estimate and submit change order proposals, price up field work orders, submit
billing as well as track costs and profitability. Projects include Baptist North Hospital, William
Breman Nursing Home, Gucci – Phipps Plaza, University of Georgia Administration Building, The
Sky-Chef’s Hartsfield Airport Facility.

As a Project Superintendent for a major general contractor my responsibilities were to schedule
and coordinate sub-contractors of all trades in order to meet the owners overall schedule and
budgets, monitor all field operations, organize and hold weekly coordination meetings, issue and
approve all field changes. Projects include The Museum of Jewish Heritage, Montefiore Medical
Center-Oncology Division, Montefiore Medical Center Central Plant Project, and MMC Various
interior Projects, Bank Of America-Madison Avenue, Chemical Bank - 52 Broadway .
As a Project Engineer for Turner Construction I was responsible for the submittals and approval
process of all subcontractors’ samples and shop drawings, review and approval of all sub-
contractors proposals, dealing directly with the owner and architect on all pertinent issues
regarding the construction project. Projects include Citicorp at Court Square, The World Trade
Center Port Authority Renovation Project, The Vista Hotel Renovation Project, and The Bronx
Borough School Construction Authority Renovation Projects .
As an estimator for a general contractor, I was responsible for the bidding process of various
assigned projects, creating a “Turner Estimate” or budget, the selection a subcontractors bid list,
sending documents out for competitive bidding, the sub-contractor scope review, spreadsheets
(bid comparisons), proposals to the owner, and award of subcontracts. Several years were spent
with Turner Construction bidding various building projects as well as in their interior division on
interior renovations.

As an estimator I was responsible for quantity take-offs of drywall, acoustics and carpentry trades,
preparations of bids and pricing. Projects included Equitable Tower- New York, First Stamford Place-
Stamford Conn.
As a Project Manager I was responsible for labor budgets, material ordering, trade payment breakdowns,
change estimates, billing and cost reports for drywall, acoustics and exterior curtain wall construction.
Projects included General Foods Corporate Headquarters, East Harlem Nursing Home, U.S. Embassy –
Moscow, Various Interior Spaces New York. As a draftsman I was responsible for shop drawings of
various curtain wall and acoustic projects.
