Skilled at examining business processes, identifying waste (errors, over-

production, waiting, etc.), redefining and documenting them, and measuring

throughput to over 200 pieces per manhour.

processor integration. Extensive use of online advertising,

performance tracking tools and SEO tools and strategies.

based tools integrated with CM software.

Operations Manager at Experionics December 2005 - December 2007 (2 years)

Responsible for operational improvements in this luxury home-electronics

integrator.

. Facilitated the transition to a process-based company.

. Enrolled the organization in identifying and reducing waste. Led the

development of our Value Stream Map which clearly identified poor job

definition as the primary cause of delays in purchasing and execution,

and as the root cause of defects and rework.

. Reduced machine set-up times by 50% (from 8 hours down to 4 hours).

. Reduced reliance on Automated Data Collection (ADC) by slashing
