I was tasked with completed an outsourcing cost/benefit analysis for HAZOP(hazard and operability) at Tehran Refinery and
based on my research and presentation to company executive team, we were able to reduce expenses by €160,000 which
resulted in 5.9% cost saving in a €2.7 million project budget.
