Department leader charged with running the R&D engineering team. Tasked with initial design, process engineering for
manufacturing, and quality control of a line of high tensile strength composite cable solutions. Secondary sales
responsibility to a line of synthetic fiber sailboat rigging to the maritime racing community. Direct contact with OEM,
distributors, and end customers to sell, service, and support each newly launched line. Responsible for complete project
management activities including budgeting, milestones, and ISO 9001 quality objectives/documentation. Member of the
management committee, involved in setting company goals and financial targets. Further acted as purchasing manager and
