Payroll:
Manages and provides leadership, design and project management for all payroll, health
& welfare and retirement programs, projects and initiatives.
Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
Monitors to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all federal, state and local tax
withholdings and deposits.
Maintains and applies strong working knowledge of Company pay rules, FLSA rules
and other statutory pay rules.
Coordinates closely with all departments to ensure accurate timekeeping records and

Manages compilation and preparation of all payroll data, including but not limited to,

Manages development, communication, implementation, enrollment and administration of employee
benefit programs, including: health & welfare, disability, LOA, life insurance, AD&D, reimbursement
accounts and retirement.
Leads group enrollment events, annual renewals, plan updates and/or adjustments; preparation,
dissemination and maintenance of benefit plan communication pieces and information to employees.
Leads the Benefit Committee by developing and presenting recommendations for new and/or improved
employee benefit plans and cost-saving measures, aligning with both Sr. Leadership, and employee
benefit needs. Seeks approval of Benefit Committee and Sr. Leadership and implements approved
changes.
Manages SOX compliance documentation and assures that all plan related documents are accurate and
up to date (SPD, employee handbook, policy manual, etc.).
Manages timely and effective communication of benefits information to employees through the
employment life cycle.
Manages the communication and administration of COBRA benefits
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with all of the vendor partners involved with
health and welfare programs ensuring high quality outcome and service delivery.
Establishes measurement criteria to chart overall effectiveness of staff, vendors and client groups.
Manages & administers all leave programs and provides appropriate guidance to employees and
management for all Leaves of Absence related programs: FMLA, Short & Long Term Disability and
Personal Leave.
