Responsible for electrical work required in a test environment.
I am responsible for the upkeep and modifications to the Allen-
Bradley Programmable Logic Control (PLC) to include the wiring
and programming. Perform the maintenance on RSView
software/interface tool. Responsible for the upgrade of all data
acquisition systems used in hot-fire testing. Upgrade task
includes pulling of all old wire and replacing it with the
proper cabling, assisting with the design of new electrical
boxes, fabricating new electrical boxes, and document all wiring
needed for accurate data acquisition. Make appropriate cables to
connect to the data acquisition system and verification with end-
to-end checks. Responsible for maintaining all PLC and DAQ
documents, including calibration reports and modifications from
test to test. Construct numerous types of cables for various
types of instruments. I have also been tasked with updating
procedures and all piping and instrumentation diagrams on
systems that I work on.
