100% accuracy in 15 years of qualifying final 40-50 million lbs. per year of final

product for release to customers saving the company money in returns and rework

costs.

As the plants only internal auditor have corrected and updated many SOPs thus

helping to prevent accidents and mischarges saving the company money.

Established a system for being able to save final samples in the lab by using

smaller containers and having easier access to them.

Streamlined cooking procedures to decrease cycle times and increase production

1986-1987 – Filtered batches and loaded trucks and rail cars. Procured raw

materials and staged them for production.

1988-1997 - Learned to run one, then two reactors. Promoted 1992 to lead

operator. Began subbing for Chemist while on vacation. Often splitting time

between production and laboratory.

1998-2013 - Only Emulsion polymer QC technician at plant that consistently

qualified between 40 and 55 million pounds of product every year. Took on

responsibilities of also ordering lab supplies, calibration of production and

laboratory instruments and tracking them on Calibration Recall program, batch

blending in lab, troubleshooting production problems.

Became the plants Internal auditor for SOP's for semi- annual ISO re-certifications

while maintaining my laboratory responsibilities.

Joliet Junior College - 1.5 yrs. studied Climatology
