Project The C3 eBusiness System is a comprehensive suite of enterprise applications that enable

organizations to engage in sell-side B2B (business-to-business), B2C (business to consumer),

B2B2C (business to business to consumer) and B2Everyone e-commerce and sell products and

services to customers through any channel. The Comergent Distributed E-Business System software

comprises multiple applications like Commerce Manager, Product Manager, Pricing, Configurator,

Orders, and Marketing etc. Depending on ones needs one has to purchase some, if not all, of these

applications.

Comergent C3 is integrated with the Seibel and CRM applications like OMS( Order management

system), Sales CRM, DWS(Dealers Website), DOT Com, OS ( Order Services) with the telco

partners which involves the service model testing

Responsibilities Leading the IBM Offshore teams in India and Brazil from client location.

• Responsible for reviewing and approving the high level test scenarios and RTMs for the

C3 application.

• Providing clarification and trouble shooting the offshore teams and UAT team’s technical

questions on C3 application.

• C3 defect triaging and defect closure.

• Working parallel with client to understand their requirements and bridging the client’s test

and delivery requirements with the IBM offshore team.

• Conduction regular feedback meeting with client manager and stake holder about IBM

performance on each release and implementing them in the forthcoming releases

• I perform and present a defect and escape analysis

• As a Test delivery lead role with client, I’m performing below mentioned tasks.

Troubleshooting the validity of defects logged and assigning to appropriate team

Research and manage defects -- isolate the test scenarios which are failing -- to

help development teams research faster

Validate the defects if they are true defects to reduce WAD in development

queue

Working with triage to troubleshoot issues

Deferred defects -- Providing business impact and work around for UAT

coordinators

Root cause analysis of all closed defects

Follow up with Release manager or OPS lead for Isaac ticket if it is not available
