Take inbound calls from distributors in regard to their orders they have in

house. Calls include but are not limited to inventory checks, order status,

tracking, problem solving. Help with checking production time. Making calls

or sending out follow up emails to the distributors when needed. Also call

distributors in regards to any issues on the order to clarify issues with

the orders. I use a PeopleSoft and MacPac based program.
