• Assigned agents to a post along with a brief detail about the tour post duty.

• Conducted post checks clearing lobbies of unruly residents.

• Conducted verticals of each building starting from the top floor ending in the lobby.

• Kept all stairwells and compactors clear of garbage and trespassers.

• Responsible for making sure each agent completed a tour report and ensuring that each agent filled out

the tours time sheet correctly.

Security Guard, HBX Studios, Bronx, NY June 2009 – December 2011

• Controlled access to the music studio and dance studio via command central.

• Issued security passes and directed customers to the appropriate studio lounge.

• Operated security control room equipment to monitor the activities going on in the premises.

• Prepared schedules for musicians and dancers wanted to reserve time in HBX Studios.
