Performed various tasks mainly involving:
• Install, commission, integrate, and test Ericsson RBS 3000 and 6000 series equipment family.
• Coordinate daily schedule with TNS Field PM.
• Check in with LDO-TAC, NIC, TNS Management, and TNS Quality as needed.
• Perform proper closeout procedures including required documentation for closeout packages

• PS Core Network projects roll out starting from project kickoff till handing over to the O&M.
• Integrating core network elements PS with IN, billing gateway and access network.
• Perform Software Release Upgrade.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of GPRS services (internet browsing, MMS, and WAP), and
all GPRS/PS interfaces.
• Strong understanding of APNs, new IMSI range, PM jobs and any other needs (Gb, Gr, Gn,
Gp, Gx, Gy, Gi configuration).
• Troubleshoot GPRS call flow and other problems that occur during testing.
• Collect different types of CDMA and GSM GPRS statistics of variant time periods (PDP
activation success rate, traffic, processor load, PDP context, GPRS attach success rate …
etc).
• Use the PS network statistics to evaluate network performance and capacity and recommend
needed expansion or suitable solution to cope with subscriber demands.
• Definition of new PM jobs for the collection of statistics.
• Experience in signaling protocols: ISUP, MAP, SCCP, RADUIS, LDAP, INAP and SIGTRAN,
BICC, IPBCP.
• Troubleshoot the problems that related to GPRS.
• Good knowledge in SAPC 2009A Installation & configuration.
