Projects during M.Sc.:
Worked on “APPLIED NETWORK MANAGEMENT” course and designed a network tool
on “HTTP SERVER MONITORING” which monitors HTTP servers, in a network to
provide handful information about the server to the Administrator. Coding is done in Perl,
MySQL and also PHP.
Finished with “RESEARCH METHODOLOGY” course and conducted research on
“Performance Enhancement in Mixed Wi-Fi Network Using IEEE802.11n and IEEE
802.11g” in Wi-Fi technology.
Done “NETWORK SECURITY” course, where we worked on Linux machines to develop a
shell script, learned network attacks and its counter measures, setting up VPN connections.
Building of the project content is done in Shell Scripting.
Served the role of Project Manager in “SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT FOR
TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS” where we developed an application that should
give us the closest train station as a position by using GPS and Android as a platform and
should be able to provide SMS service.
Successfully completed “NETWORK MANAGEMENT “course and proposed a Network
design which is secure and economic where the project is focused on basic network
topology, we studied FCAPS in the completion of the project
