Summary

Since 2012 I have served as Executive Director of Axé Capoeira Atlanta, Inc. Our mission is to promote multi

cultural arts primarily through the teaching of Capoeira. Capoeira is a martial and cultural that blends elements

of dance, acrobatics and music. My passion for this stems from Capoeira's ability to bring large communities of

people together from different backgrounds for a common good. It is my hope that Axé Capoeira Atlanta, Inc.

continue to instill positive influences in our community by always inspiring people to strive for more.
