WORK EXPERIENCE

Lab Technician

Bonded Materials - Pasadena, TX - May 2012 to Present

I make sure that our batches of grout are produced in accordance with company standards. I mix my own

samples taken from production outside in the warehouse. Temparature is taken, and sample is mixed and

flowed. Flow time is recorded and depending on batch number and product a cement to sand ratio is taken

and psi is measured. I also make sure the pallets to be shipped pass visual inspection and appropriate date

and batch number is stamped. In certain instances I weigh chemicals to go in grout.

Quality Assurance

I was to make sure that labels brought in, in rough cut were trimmed and only the select labels made it to

the customers cores. I had to rewind the labels to customers specifications, which included wind direction and

label count. I was under direct boss supervision but little was needed because I took care of all my work.

Loader/Unloader

Simos Solutions - Baytown, TX - January 2009 to November 2010

I unloaded eighteen wheelers which carried merchandise to Wal-Mart. I was given a dock and a cargo of

merchandise to unload and place on pallets. I then shrink wrapped and lined up for scanning to take place. It

was a very laborious job, hustle determination and sweat seemed to be a must but it was no problem for me.
