Business Consultant who helps clients make effective and long lasting

Amdocs, Convergys, InComm, Cox Communications, Cingular Wireless, AT&T
Wireless and Bright Byte.
. Part of a senior management project consulting team that enable the
launch of a new pre-paid wireless company for a major US
telecommunication carrier in 2013.
. Led an international software development team with resources in Russia,
Israel, France and the US in the creation of a portal of portals for
corporate management of mobile communications devices.
. Led an international team providing Managed Services for the client on an
analytical business application (ClickFox). Additionally, directed a
business analytics team of 10 which rapidly identified projects which had
$ 12 M potential operational cost savings for the client.
. Led simultaneously, 10 IT Infrastructure projects for a financial
services client. The projects ranged from server replacements,
deployment of new product platforms, IP switch upgrades and an IP IVR
proof of concept.
. Led a 4 month software development project which created a new Prepaid
Gift Card Application for a leading US based company. Took over an
existing, failing project and immediately redirected the team's efforts
to ultimately deliver the new application to the market.
. Led a 3 year, $20 M engineering project for a major US cable company.
Directed 2 overseas drafting vendor teams in the re-drafting of the
client's Outside Plant maps from multiple CAD applications into a
centralized Geographical Information System (GIS). 12 regional markets
were converted to the new application on time and within the original
budget.
. Led a 1 year software development project to prepare and transfer
customer billing data from the telecommunications client's existing
billing application to an Amdocs application. The new extraction and
conversion software was completed within scope and successfully moved
millions of customer data records with no errors or loss of information.
. Led an 8 month data conversion project where employee sales data was
moved from a bespoke commissions application to a solution by Callidus.
The project was completed on time, within budget and with no data or
compensation errors.
. Directed an enterprise architecture team to support the merger of
Cingular and AT&T wireless. The team accessed both companies' network
engineering processes and systems (OSS/BSS) and made recommendations on
how to rapidly integrate the applications and organizations post-Merger.

. Led the turnaround effort for a failing SAP implementation project; all

activities for a mobile telephone start up Company, in Poland within 6
