Contract to apply support for the Automated Pallet Transport System
for Power Automated Systems (PAS) I had to install, troubleshoot, and
repair the 19500 sq. ft. system for a 24/7 operation. Train both new
PAS employees and Pepsi employees on the software and inventory
system. Supervise all outside contract work, including proving testing
solution upon completion. Made a troubleshooting guide for the
operators for all 3 shifts and provide support. Ensured the customers'
product was rotated and restock with according to customer and FDA
guidelines. Verified and update the inventory for the customer.
Instruct the customer and PAS employees with the method of ensuring we
are within the guidelines. Passing all the necessary test performed on
the Federal, State and customer to ensure safety needs. Keeping track
and ordering inventory for retrofits of the equipment.
