Summary

Lou has worked on Hyperion Planning and Essbase implementation projects including a full life cycle

implementation for an O&G client where he was involved with CRP workshop presentation, requirements

gathering, and design and development for a budgeting and forecasting solution within Hyperion Planning and

Essbase. Project development work also inlcuded Essbase, Maxl, DRM and EPMA.

Before becoming a consultant Lou has worked for over nine years in industry implementing and supporting

Hyperion, Lawson and a variety of other systems. His experience includes managing conversions from a legacy

GL to Lawson ERP and Hyperion products and working as a technical lead on a conversion from a legacy

HR/PR system to Lawson. He has also worked on every aspect of

implementing Hyperion System 9 BI plus from the design and development of ETL feeds and financial data

marts to the design of security and the development of Financial Reports. His system implementation and

support experience has included work for the largest PEO (Professional Employer Organization) and a Regional

Airline.

Lou also has several years of experience in the field of accounting where he has designed processes to capture

data for job costing, standard product costing and monthly management reporting. He has also compiled

budgets and forecasting while working for companies in the steel, lumber, machinery and medical device

industries.

Lou holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University, is a Florida CPA and a Certified Hyperion Essbase

Developer.
