personnel to meet deadlines on jobs and maintaining safety standards.

Supervisor
Supervise the detail department in the production of parts that are used during the fabrication process.
During the job we will cut material to length and size adding holes. During a given job there might be
one to two dozen parts or several thousand different parts. My tasks start out reviewing the cutting list
back to the shop drawings to ensure everything is correct then marking the cutting list so that my
employees know if the parts are a certain shape and if it has holes or is plain. After that is complete I
will check to ensure we have the correct materials and if we do not I contact the purchasing agent with
a list of materials needed. Several jobs at once can be running through the plant so we have to keep
each job separate to ensure quality during production.
