OBJECTIVE :

Position: Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher:
Responsible for pinpointing the location of customers to be pickup from their destination via
electronic maps. Setting the customers reservations, scheduling their trips, and used the maps to
guide the drivers from one destination to the next for on-time customer pickups.
Part of my daily functions included handling cancellations, rescheduling, and setting special
reservations. Interacting with Taxi, MTA transportation, and coordinating the rides for all types
of people including the deaf, blind, and those with other disabilities. This included being very
patient while handling many calls where the people where angry, emotional, having alzheimer’s,
etc, and mentally challenged. I was also responsible for the training of many customer service
representatives.
Software tools used to perform my job were ADEPT, GPS systems, Google, Google Earth,
Mapquest, MTA BUS software. I am a quick learner with computer tools and an advanced
typist.
Authorized Taxi Supervision (ATS), Los Angeles (LAX) CA 9/2009 – 4/2010
Position: Taxi Dispatcher, where I had to coordinate all LAX taxi’s, communicating with taxi
drivers, interacting with the passengers, maintain good relations between the customers and the
taxi drivers. At times calling for Limo service and assisting with luggage.
Panda Express Restaurant, Inglewood CA 6/2008 – 5/2009
Position: Food Service worker, where I worked serving customers, cleaning the dining room, and
the whole facilities. Interacting with customers and worked as a cashier.

Washington Prepatory High School Graduate: 2009 - Obtained High School Diploma
COMPUTER SKILLS :
In addition to skills noted above. I am familiar with email systems and general computer
knowledge.
