TEXT FILES. ARCHITECTED NEW WORKFLOWS, DASHBOARDS, INTERFACES, ANALYTICS,

CONSOLES AND TICKETING TEMPLATES WITHIN REMEDY. WORKED CLOSELY WITH

CUSTOMER DURING PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT TO ENSURE PRODUCT EXCEEDED CUSTOMER

architected workflows to automate data processing.
