Qualifications: Includes a strong background in facilities, equipment and machinery repair and maintenance capacities,

i nvolving:

o Extensive experience with day-to-day plant maintenance operations, encompassing skills and

responsibili ties for implementing preventative maintenance programs, systems diagnostics,

t roubleshooting and repair, as well as new equipment/machinery installation functions.

o Experience with pneumatic systems including piping and configuration processes, in addition to hands-on

skills in carpentry, light plumbing and electrical, f looring, siding, blue print in terpretation, roofing and

l andscaping activities.

o Extensive knowledge of multi conveyor systems, Thurling machine, gear box assembly, Ishaid scale system,

l aser printers, top tier palletizers, etc.

o Administrative responsibili ties for a broad scoop of report writ ing, including wri ting and editing incident

performance, progress and HACCP reports, in addition to inventory control, product/supplies ordering,

vendor selection and pricing negotiations.

o In a supervisory role, managing up to 9 employees with direct responsibili ties for task assignment,

scheduling, new-hire orientation, t raining and performance evaluations.

o Familiari ty wi th the following computer systems and applications: IBM PC’s and compatibles, Windows,

M S-Word, Outlook, MS-Money, Quicken and a variety of industry specific data management packages.

o A philosophy of providing quality, conscientious customer service aimed at fostering continued customer
