Career Achievements

V Revised corporate IT asset and budgeting strategy. Created IT strategy

capital equipment would be acquired through leasing, which leveled

annual IT budgets, and gave management clearer overall budget

expectations at corporate annual budget planning sessions.

V Created board-level IT committee to provide guidance for IT programs.

From among board members, recruited IT-cognizant individuals to serve

as an IT committee. Acted as liaison between IT staff and committee.

IT staff implemented selected committee recommendations as part of

ongoing IT process improvement.

V Created user- and corporate-friendly IT department. Reversed widely

held perception that IT Department was out of touch by including

several levels of management in corporate IT planning processes. Non-
