percent increase of navigation improvements to the U-verse website.

. Found and accelerated a resolution, in the third quarter of 2008, to

30 defects addressing the errors in the Java and CSS code which

affected the website look and the data transfer; the resolution saved

time and money in production and reduced errors in customer usability

on the U-verse website.

. Influenced change in the test case creation process by suggesting that

the test cases should use less wording and apply more to the current

screen being tested and with this suggestion the test cases were

easier to execute with about half of the time was saved.

. Executed over 300 test cases in Regression testing before the deadline

to verify that older applications could function across multiple

platforms and verified the older applications could function on

current and many platforms.
