• Case Analysis: Evaluated the strategic management performance of Rosetta Stone and the language learning
industry. As the CEO of the company, we, as a group pointed out what the company needs to improve in order to
stay ahead of its competitors.
• PERT & GANTT Chart Project: Analyzed the process of performing a job and its concurrent tasks. Calculated the
slack time of the each concurrent task. Proposed an alternative cost solution to increase productivity.
• Security Analysis: Analyzed security of LVA English School. Figured out current threats and vulnerabilities.
