Served as Manager of the Facility Engineering and Mold Maintenance Departments. Responsible for all capital projects and
for new product launches, new technologies implementation, and cost improvement projects.
Accomplishments:
• Saved over $2.7 Million / year after process optimization, re-engineering of processes and equipment upgrade as
following:
• Developed the process, re-engineered the equipment and implemented in production of ABS material as replacement for
PVC in thermoforming - savings over $1.8 Million. / Year.
• Designed and coordinated the installation of a filtration system – savings $150 k / year.
• Developed a new Polyurethane as alternative material for acrylic and gel coat composites products – potential savings $

years. After that I have been appointed Quality Systems Director in charge of ISO 9000-2000 implementation and certification
for both plants of Nero Plastics.

• Managed the engineering projects from design to production (complete hoods and body parts), for
Caterpillar, Delphi, Jeep, Kenworth and New Flyer (including ten RTM and four compression molds), and the
day-to-day activities of the manufacturing engineering, tooling and maintenance departments to ensure objectives are
achieved.
• Support the implementation of organizational tools such as Scrap Track System, TPM, Kanban and MRP
- Visual Manufacturing.
• Implemented "First piece inspection” and "Corrective Action Plan" - decreased the scrap by 3%.

Served as Corporate Engineering Director overseeing the Corporate Design and Technologies Center for trucks and
