Purpose
. eCSO PnC project deals with Property and Casualty claims
processing. The system has the complete automated process for a
claims life cycle, right from onset of a claim to its payment.
. Major Functions include Creating Case, Handling Claim related
Financial Transactions, Investigating Claims, Maintaining User
Profiles and Access Rights along with Tools like Diary and
Calendar. eCSO PnC is used for creating cases, making payments and
performing most claims handling functions. eCSO PnC also offers
important new functions not currently available in any other
Property and Casualty tool. For example, the Diary Module enables
you to manage your calendar easily and bill scheduled activities.
The Investigation Module allows you to capture critical data
relevant to the claim.

and enhancement of some of the current processes.

notifications, follow up needs, and for other alerts for audits,
new business and policies over $100k. Account notes are also
captured in the CAP system. These notes are used for research by
ARAs, ASRs (Account Service Representatives), and other members of
the Direct Bill team
. The Direct Bill Workstation Project will use methodology developed
specifically for Task and Work Management.
