Under limited supervision, operated and maintained a Work Control

Service Desk and work order tracking system typically utilized for

facility operation and asset maintenance programs using the IBM Maximo

Operating System. Working with Corrective Maintenance (CM) and

Preventative Maintenance (PM) on structures being applied within

Maximo directly for the military and contractors. Trained a team of

four personnel to work with government groups directly within our

office. Generated 'New Work Projects' directly with heads of U.S.

Military Command within our base for structural projects to be

performed and completed on a timely basis. Worked as a buffer between

contractors and the military process experts on all levels of

construction and purchasing for our FOB (Forward Operating Base) and

surrounding FOB's. Set up 'Roads and Grounds' services and maintenance

maintenance and technical work assisting in operating and maintaining

a service work order system to track and assign work orders for
