Renovated and converted nursing facility from Intermediate Care facility to Skilled
Nursing facility. Responsibilities include design coordination for construction documents
from local governing jurisdiction to the State of Nevada Department of Health for
licensure.
Mid Rise Project (2007 to 2009) Budgets: $25M
Took over partially completed project from podium level. Resolved existing design
conflicts and deficiencies to create resolutions to complete project. Coordinated with
governing jurisdictions while under construction for zoning changes.

Multiple projects from tenant improvements through multiple story office and storage
buildings.
