Project Highlights

Health Care Project (2010 to Present) Budgets: $4.5M

Renovated and converted nursing facility from Intermediate Care facility to Skilled

Nursing facility. Responsibilities include design coordination for construction documents

from local governing jurisdiction to the State of Nevada Department of Health for

licensure.

Mid Rise Project (2007 to 2009) Budgets: $25M

Took over partially completed project from podium level. Resolved existing design

conflicts and deficiencies to create resolutions to complete project. Coordinated with

governing jurisdictions while under construction for zoning changes.

Commercial Projects (2000 to Present)

Multiple projects from tenant improvements through multiple story office and storage

buildings.

Other Construction & Demolition Projects (1995 to 2000) Budgets: $450K to $75M

Completed diverse construction/demolition projects, including the ground up build of new

state courthouse, corporate offices and underground parking garages as well as

abandoned warehouse demolitions.
