Still offer Level I and II support system to users who maintain day to day business. Project management with

current projects of implementing firewall, web filtering, and DHCP clients for our offsite facilities (which we used

Watchguard XTM devices). I also created up to date network diagrams for mapping out all the facilities, how they

function, and where everything is located. Currently working on setting up full featured network monitoring

(effectively manage how our bandwidth is being used), and migrating from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 with

redundant backups using DAG implementation in a virtual environment using Hyper V. Working with Barracuda

Web Filter 310 hardware to implement better security and data logging on it (device was currently producing

errors). Implemented client security groups to restrict access to color copying and printing on current copier

systems. Maintain issues and day to day pertaining to SQL Database servers being backed up and stored on SAN’s

to provide redundancy, and then also utilizing Load Balancing to maintain proper traffic flow on Terminal Servers.

(which includes many different HP and Lexmark models). Remotely manage printers using monitoring software.
