Presently work as a Research intern in the IC Package Development/Assembly Engineering group at Analog
Devices Inc (Worldwide Manufacturing) in Wilmington, MA. My interests are Semiconductors, Chemical/
Process Engineering, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Solar Cell technology and Business Analytics.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Internship
Analog Devices Inc. - Wilmington, MA
Experience with IC assembly technologies like gold wire bonding, flip-chip BGA and SiP;
Characterized MEMS and Wafer Level Chip Scale Packages;
Documented all evaluations for package reliability;
Developed SolidWorks models for new package designs and performed thermal modeling using FloTHERM;
Assisted various engineering groups with design drawings and modified as required; analyzed results with
management and suggested improvements
Research Assistant
Research Foundation of SUNY - Binghamton, NY - September 2011 to September 2012
Center for Advanced Microelectronics Manufacturing(Binghamton University)-Research Assistant Aug 2011-
Aug 2012
Developed glass interposers (circuits on glass) for fine pitch electronics assembly; developed methods for
coating copper into drilled samples from both sides of a sample for maximum coverage of holes; performed
fatigue testing and developed S-N curves for thin layer structures on flex.
Center for Autonomous Solar Power (Binghamton University) - Research Assistant Aug 2011-Aug 2012
Developed sputter processes to optimize the semiconductor properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 as absorber layer for
use in Solar Cells by varying power temperature, and annealing conditions ; as an alternative to Indium Tin
Oxide (ITO), developed sputter processes for simultaneous optimization of transparency and conductivity of
Aluminum doped Zinc Oxide for use as a transparent electrode.
