Characterized MEMS and Wafer Level Chip Scale Packages;

Documented all evaluations for package reliability;

Developed SolidWorks models for new package designs and performed thermal modeling using FloTHERM;

fatigue testing and developed S-N curves for thin layer structures on flex.

Developed sputter processes to optimize the semiconductor properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 as absorber layer for

use in Solar Cells by varying power temperature, and annealing conditions ; as an alternative to Indium Tin

Oxide (ITO), developed sputter processes for simultaneous optimization of transparency and conductivity of

Aluminum doped Zinc Oxide for use as a transparent electrode.
