Objective

Seeking a position that will take advantage of my construction knowledge,

management skills, and ability to get along with others. I have had many

years experience in the construction area but am not opposed to a career

change.

Summary of Qualifications

Hard working and conscientious individual with 18 years experience in

construction.

Worked the last seven years as a Construction Manager for a non-profit

organization. Skilled in management, project planning, designing,

budgeting, scheduling, and on site supervision. Familiar with lumberyard

operations, construction materials and sales.

Gets along well with others and coordinated interactions between

people.

Construction Manger for a non profit organization. In charge of all

aspects of the home-building process. Working with sub-contractors and

vendors to facilitate the building of homes. Scheduling and interacting

with volunteers as well as home-owners. Helping with budgeting and

designing of multiple projects. Working along side committees and

reporting to the Executive Director. The job entailed multiple

construction as well as office responsibilities.

Main finish-carpenter for a multiple-home builder. Also was involved in

the supervision of some sub-contractors. Worked in the early stages of

construction to the completion of the projects.
