Objectives

Identifying opportunities to eliminate defects and/or waste through

applying LEAN SIX SIGMA manufacturing principles and Identifying,

Developing and Implementing best practices in Safety and Quality by

applying Statistical methods to solving organization problems and

tools and methods such as Why/why analysis, Root cause analysis,

Histograms, Correlation, Regression analysis, Cause and Effects,

Analysis of Variance, Check sheet, Control charts, Cost-benefits

Analysis, Failure mode and Effects Analysis to mention but few, and also

performing the following when it is required, Batching, Flavor changes,

(e.g., inspect, verify condition) all equipment used in the

manufacturing process prior to use in order to ensure smooth, sanitary

demand of the plant. Ensuring proper production quality, fixing all

electro-mechanical machines, conveyors, pumps, compressors, boilers;

activities. Also conducting appraisals and reviews for the junior

employees. Organizing and Presenting production reports to the Top

management and Safety training for all employees.

Skills

I have over 12years experience working on both Processing and Packaging

Machinery; including maintaining and troubleshooting machinery that are

based on hydraulic and pneumatic principles. I also work on pumps,

conveyors, valves and compressors. I have practical working knowledge of

refrigeration - including compressors, condensers, evaporators, solenoid

valves and cylinders. I have ample skill set in troubleshooting

electrical systems including switch, Power supply, relays, contactors,

and overloads. And I have recently acquired skills in programmable

logical control on the use of - proximity switches, sensors -

photoelectric, inductive, capacitive, solenoid valves and cylinders -

in improving production procedures also Reading and interpreting

schematics,Electrical diagrams, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Diagrams and

Sharing Knowledge.
