1) Negotiated leased equipment buy out saving multi- millions plus successfully negotiated same leasing company to finance said buy
out at zero percent interest.
2) Successfully upgraded multi-site retail stores for PCI compliance in 30 days. Replaced credit/debit terminals and installed Motorola
Air Defense coupled with newer Motorola wireless scan guns replacing obsolete DOS based guns.
3) Ran project integrating 31 stores into our enterprise in 29 days, including back office and front end systems.
4) Implemented voice selection with scanning in a distribution systems warehouse resulting in retaining an important client.
5) Ran project to remove obsolete “Narrow Band” wireless network and replace with 802.11N network, proactively protecting the
company by remaining in FCC compliance.
6) Created Business Case whitepaper, developed Capex budget w/complete project life cycle; upgrading the complete network of a 1.2
million sq. foot distribution systems warehouse.
7) Negotiated new vendor to provide mobile wireless fork lift computers at very favorable rate for the business.
8) Negotiated a new vendor to provide at zero cost thermal printers under ‘proof of concept’ in a 1.2 million sq. foot warehouse saving
the business multi-millions. Also leveraged this vendor to provide, also at zero cost all consumables for these printers.
