Client Description:
This project CRM DMS involves Sales, Service and Spare Parts
Management of all TATA Motors dealers across India. Tata Motors is India's
largest integrated automaker, with a line-up that includes commercial,
utility, and passenger vehicles-and market shares approaching 60% for
commercial vehicles and 20% of India's passenger car market. Faced with
increasing competition from abroad, a cyclical business environment, and
the challenge of a widely dispersed dealer network, Tata Motors implemented
Oracle's Siebel Automotive, a comprehensive customer relationship
management (CRM) solution designed specifically for companies in the
automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Have Configured Siebel eAutomotive modules with following activities,
. Customized Siebel Vanilla application as per client requirement to
suit the business
. Modified the Siebel Business Objects to suit the business
requirements,
. Configured and modified Business Object Layer by modifying the
Business Objects and Business Components object definitions
. Configured fields and used joins to establish connection between
tables and links to avail parent child relationships.
. Customized UI layer by modified object definitions and screens, views
to facilitate new business processes and requirements.
. Configured Multi Value Fields and Links whenever required by business
requirements.
. Implemented Business Process using Sequential flow techniques like
Static & Dynamic Drilldowns, Static & Dynamic Toggling
