equipment. Managed 10,000 security intrusion, network devices. Ran projects
to protect, upgrade customer network for security requirements. Witch
protected IBM's customers from attacks and saved 30% of cost to customer.
Set up training lab that helped IBM's personnel which reduced training
costs to IBM.

ISS Support
Led a team that gave white glove services to best customers by providing
hands on installations and training, saving IBM $20K per customer,
individually handling over 60 customer trips. Overseen purchase,

operations of over 30 personnel and over 100 customers. In staying abreast

improvements, growth, standards in the network infrastructure, VOIP
systems. Was able to increase performance and security to save IBM and our
