. Managed and oversaw subcontractors, maintained and updated schedules,

and coordinated work directly impacting existing buildings. Ensured

plans and specifications were followed, and subcontractors complied

with their contracts.

. Experienced it both self- preformed and CM contract work. Also private

and state funded projects.

. Excellent understanding of contract documents along submittals and

shop drawings. Help during the review process and assist in bring to

light any coordination issues.

. Fully participate in subcontractor and OAC meetings.

SELECTED CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

. Moses Cone Kernersville MOB: Successfully turned around and completed

a struggling, $16 million project on time and within budget by giving

critical direction (previously absent) to the subcontractor and

ensuring the efficient progression of important construction tasks.

. UNC Utility Relocate: Collaborated with university and state engineers

to recommend a more realistic timeframe for connecting the existing

chill water vault to the current building while constructing the new

building (original specifications had massive amounts of work being

done within an unrealistic, 48-hour period).

. UNC Dental Science Project: 80 million dollar addition to the dental

science complex. Responsibilities included but not limited to building

excavation, micro pile installation in existing foundation, building

concrete and steel structure, building envelope and roof installation.

Also coordinated structural upgrades inside the existing building.

Coordinated and supervised the installation of the pedestrian bridge

over Manning Dr.

. Duke Medical Center: Successfully completed 3 projects at the

hospital. MRI roof structure replacement and suite upgrade which

installed 4 new MRIs. All work done while keeping the existing MRI

suite protected from weather to insure the integrity of the existing

shielding. Emergency room renovation to a triage suite while the ER

remained operational. Heliport addition and reroofing project which

required the coordination and placement of a 500 ton crane in the

middle of the patient drop-off at the hospital. Also worked with state

and city officials to coordinate the staging of truck on Erwin Drive

for the crane to lift from.

. Carilion Memorial Hospital (North Pavilion Project): 100 million

dollar addition, 2nd lead. Responsibilities included but not limited

to tie-ins at the existing hospital, Operating room floors, patient

room floor and exterior skin. Coordinated with MEP subcontractors on

in wall rough-ins for head walls and Berchtold for OR equipment

installation.

. Airborne and Special Operation Museum: 18 Million dollar museum in

downtown Fayetteville, NC. Superintendent on job which won the

Pinnacle Award from the AGC for the best project of the year.

. Cape Fear Valley Medical Center (Cancer Center Addition and

Renovation): 18 million dollar, 45,000 square foot addition and

renovation which required the addition of a new linear accelerator.

. WILLIAMS CAFETERIA AT NC A&T UNIVERSITY (Addition and Renovation):

Oversaw and successfully finished a $12 million project that required

demolishing building's skin and gutting major portions of the interior

while maintaining an operational, nearby kitchen facility. (Bid at

3.4%, review goal set at 4.1% and completed at 6.8 %.)
