Current climber and rescue, OSHA 10 hr, first aid-CPR

and RF awareness certs. obtained through present

employer.

For the past 15 months I have been involved

exclusively with Sprint(Samsung)LTE installs, EMS and

troubleshooting in the Chicago, Minneapolis and Fort

Wayne markets. Tasks include installing antennas with

correct azimuth,RRH’s, hybrid, booms, stiff arms and

handrails. Reinforce platforms, set cabinets, route and

support all cabling, grounding of equipment, antenna

masts, terminate power and fiber inside radios and

MMBS. All RF sweeps with Anritsu D model uploaded to

sweepvault .ODM pre and post fiber sweeps also sent to

SV. KMW rets set with PAC-A and photo doc.

Powerwave rets set w/mcu and saved to Word.

Daily site activity and crew time sheets on excel template,

also close out packages to include photo logs, site

information sheets, QAF’s and Crown Castle photos when

applicable.

Prior to this 4 months of AT&T LTE installs in Kansas

City Market with the same company doing all the above

plus wiring the squid and daisy chaining the jumpers and

ret cables.

15 months prior to that spent doing Verizon site

audits leading to their LTE antenna drop and swaps and

extensive stacking of 200 ft or less self supports and

monopoles.
