(Balsam Dam) Was in charge of replacing old spillway with a new mechanical system

(Mc Calls Cabin) With this project we completely reworked and reset all components of a 1858 Log Cabin from foundation to

new working fireplaces rebuilt period style doors and windows .

( ASOS) This project was for the Air National Guard which consisted of a New 5000sf Building and a 3500 sf demo and up grade

10/13/08 3/20/2010 Walker Contracting Group G. C. Superintendent

Walgreens... 2 story Walgreens is in Hendersonville, NC. Before the ground work began, 3 buildings on site needed to be cleared, 2 of

which were asbestos laden. They were disposed of per state requirements, as well as proper disposal of 2 1,000 gallon underground fuel

tanks and all contaminated fill, per EPA guidelines. After the site was cleared we removed 5 feet of fill and installed 239 timber piles,

reinstalled fill with 9" layers of ABC with 4 layers of geo grid. I then proceeded with the 15,000 sq. ft. 2 story building, with elevator. This

project had a budget of 3 million.

Pineapple House Condos... Located in Melbourne, FL, this 8 story condo complex has a 13.9 million dollar budget, 136 unit

condominiums with 1st & 2nd floor parking, as well as a 3rd floor pool. Each unit customized to buyers specifications.

Florida Institute of Technology (F.I.T Phase one includes three, five story student dorm rooms with all interior, exterior, utilities,

landscaping, and parking included. Project is budgeted at 21 M. 265 Units

Warehouse... with build out are new business offices, into which the owner will move his three companies to one location. Owner will also

be sub letting bays to other tenants. This project includes a second floor build, personal office build/design for owner, tenant build out,

underground utilities, landscaping, and parking lot. 55,000 sq. ft. tilt wall

10/04/99 01/13/03 Coast to Coast Forming Structural Superintendent

Riverside National Bank...Located in Port St. Lucie, Fl. This project was a 90,000 sq. ft. shell, budgeted at 1M, with elevator installation.

My part of this project was finished on time and on budget.

Office Building... The value of this project was $ 3M. This was a ground up 28,000 ft. office space in Boca Raton, Fl. After Certificate of

Occupancy, we proceeded in permitting of tenant build out. After this phase was completed we proceeded with build to suit office spaces

for incoming tenants.

Park Avenue BBQ Grill... located in Boynton Beach. Value of project was $950K. On this, as Superintendent, I had to gut and renovate

existing restaurant. This included new electric, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, kitchen equipment install, coordinating and scheduling

subcontractors, along with owners' subcontractors.

Shops of Salerno (Winn Dixie Located in Salerno, Fl. A budget of 6.7M. Completed on time.

Stuart Fine Foods…..Location Stuart, Fl., Job was budgeted for 5.9M.

Publix….3 Publix Superstores, entailing entire shell, structural steel and concrete. Wellesley

Inn one located in Plantation, and the other in North Miami. These were two five story ground up hotel buildings. I was the

Superintendent in charge of all aspects of project from lay out to end parking and landscape.

09/88 04/93 Janus & Hill Corporation Superintendent / Project Manager

Fire Station 18 This project in Jupiter, Fl., valued at $1.895M. On this project I performed dual roles as Superintendent & Project

Manager. The job was ground up and entailed my overseeing all aspects of construction from land clearing to Certificate of Occupancy.

Jerry Thomas Elem, Limestone Creek Elem, Lighthouse Cove Elem. The above listed schools are in Jupiter, Fl. Value of total HVAC

renovations was $1.35 M. As acting Superintendent, my duties included scheduling of all subcontractors, submittals, setting county and

engineering inspections, & seeing to Life Safety issues. Wellington H.S Crestwood Middle...Pahokee Jr.\Sr J.F.K. Middle

These schools are located in Palm Beach County, and were valued at $3.5M. These are classroom additions. I was acting Project

Manager working with the architect, as this was a "Design Build" project. Details of project include subs, submittals, pay requests, change

orders, & scheduling.

Hollywood Memorial Hospital... Joe DiMaggio's Children's Cancer Center & Children's Rooftop Playground Cancer Center

was an existing office building we turned into living facilities for families with terminally ill children receiving treatment in Cancer Center. As

one of several Superintendents, I was in charge of overseeing all aspects of construction, which included scheduling, and subcontractors.

Value $4M. I was also Superintendent for the Rooftop Playground valued at $2.5 M.

Memorial Hospital West...NICU, Pediatric ER, Renovations to existing ER, New MRI Center, PICU, Women's Cancer Center,

New One Day Surgical Center, New Labs, New 100 Patient Bed Floor, Renovation to Existing Pharmacy, plus several others.

Total estimated value for I above listed projects $20M. Memorial Hospital, Pembroke Pines...As Superintendent / Project

Manager, I was one of the last to leave this project which included renovation to the entire 6th floor. Project included renovations to patient

rooms & updating interiors. Value was $5.1M.
